The room is heated, be prepared to sweat. Bring your yoga mat, large and small towel, water and an open mind. It's a beginning yoga class so no experience necessary. It's better to practice on an empty stomach, so don't eat a couple hours before class. Please know, yoga is 1% theory and 99% practice. Hope to see you on the mat, soon!
