A set sequence of Hatha yoga postures practiced in a heated room (98-100 degrees) that are designed to reach deep into the tissues increasing flexibility, strength and blood circulation. The heat warms your body allowing you to work deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments safely without risk of injury. Lose inches, unwanted weight, tension and stress; detoxify through your sweat while you develop strength and muscle tone. Emphasis on breath (ujaii), body awareness (bandhas), and focus (drishti). Classes are 90 minutes long. All levels welcome.
